Station House Officer Ranjhi Shri Umesh Kumar Golhani informed that on the night of 12-10-26, a complaint was received that a loud DJ box/ sound amplifier was being played in a truck on Gokalpur Main Road Ranjhi with a very loud sound, causing trouble to the passengers. On receiving the complaint, a raid was conducted on Gokalpur Main Road where a person named Swaraj Majda, driving a truck with license plate number MH 06 G 3691, was found playing a loud sound amplifier with 3 small and 12 large DJ boxes. Upon being called and asked for his name, the owner of the sound box revealed his name as Shailendra Kumar, aged 32 years, a resident of Gram Ghana Khmriya. When asked for permission to play the sound box, Shailendra Kumar revealed that it was not allowed. Shailendra Kumar, who had seized 3 small and 12 large DJ boxes, 1 mixer machine, 2 amplifiers, and 1 generator from the possession of Swaraj Majda, driving a truck with license plate number MH 06 G 3691, and 1 generator, and took action under Section 7/15 of the Kolahal Act.
Notable role – Sub Inspector Tulsi Ram Golia, Head Constable Rakesh Sanodiya, Rajkumar Chira, and Constable Bhupendra played a commendable role in seizing the truck with DJ sound box without permission.
The Station House Officer of Civil Lines, Smt. Shashi Dhurve, stated that on 11-10-26, during patrolling, in front of the petroling police line gate, a four-wheeler, Mahindra Pickup number MP 20 JDQ 7080, was playing a loud noise with a sound expander device. When the sound operator was asked for his name, he revealed that his name was Avinash Paswan, aged 28 years, a resident of Kanhaiya Dairy, behind New Kanchanpur Adarthal, and informed that the said sound system was not allowed to play loud noise upon being asked for permission. The accused sound operator, Avinash Paswan, was arrested along with the pickup number MP 20 JDQ 7080, 8 large sound 1 mixer machine, amplifier, and seized under Section 7/15 of the Kolahal Act.

The police station in-charge, Shri Dheeraj Raj, stated that today, during patrolling on 12-10-26, they received information that a vehicle with MP 20 LB 4124, which had two large and six small boxes, and a diesel engine installed in the light vehicle, along with a stepless machine, was playing a DJ set at a loud volume. Upon receiving the information, they raided the area of Ahinsha Chowk, where the vehicle was found to have a DJ loaded. When the vehicle driver was asked for his name, he stated that his name was Saurabh Vishwakarma, aged 29 years, from Krishna Colony, Gohalpur. When questioned about the permission to play the DJ set at a loud volume using a sound amplifier, he was told that it was not permitted. Upon the vehicle driver’s failure to comply with the district collector’s orders, the DJ set, two large and six small boxes, six light vehicles, diesel engine, amplifier, stepless machine, and MP 20 LB 4150 were seized, and action was taken under sections 223 ABNS and 7/15 Kolahal Act.
Notable role – Sub Inspector Netram Choudhary, Head Constable Amit Srivastava, and Constable Kaushal played a commendable role in seizing the DJ sound box vehicle without permission to play DJ.
