the Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal organizing the 5th National SHOs Conference, under theme “Future of Policing”.
Shri Pawan Srivastava, IPS, Director CAPT graced the occasion as the chief guest and delivered the inaugural address. Over 100 police officers of SHO level from all across the country are attending the conference.
The CAPT has been organizing the National SHO’s Conference since the year 2018. In this conference, CAPT provides a platform for the officers of the station in-charge level to interact with their counterparts from other States/UTs.
The Theme of the 5th conference is “Future of Policing”. This conference will accumulate ideas on upcoming challenges and evolutionary changes to be made in the field of modern policing among grassroots-level police officers.
Conference Moderator Shri Surendra Singh, Assistant Director expressed gratitude to the Director CAPT Shri Pawan Srivastava, IPS and other officers of the bureau for their guidance, support and active participation In the two-days National Conference.
Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal has been established to provide training in different fields to police, prosecution, prison and drug law enforcement officers. The Academy has emerged as a Centre of Excellence in different core areas of its mandates envisaged for it. CAPT has been awarded with the Union Home Minister’s Trophy for Best Police Training Institute in India for the year 2019-20.
